About the Position

Are you passionate about logistics, transportation, and fast-paced operations?

We are looking for a Bilingual Operations & Tracking Agent to join our growing Operations team. This role plays a critical part in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ground transportation operations throughout the United States, primarily involving 53-foot dry van freight.

You will work closely with customers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth operational execution. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with drivers, build trust-based relationships, and maintain an efficient flow of information throughout the transportation process.





Requirements:
- Graduate or recent graduate in International Relations, International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Advanced English proficiency required:
- Availability to work rotating schedules:_Friday through Monday - Friday & Monday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (THREE DAYS OFF)_
- Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Reciente León (ZIP Code 66267)
