Requirements

- ProvenexperienceasanHRBusinessPartnerorHRManagerindynamicenvironments
- AdvancedEnglish(B2+orhigher)
- Data-drivenmindsetwithexperienceinHRanalytics
- DigitalHRmindset(experiencewithHRIS,automation,orpeopleanalyticstools)

JobResponsibilities
- HumanResourceplanningisacontinuous,data-drivenprocesstomakesurethattheorganizationhastherightpeopleintherightplaceattherighttimetoachieveitsstrategicgoals.
- EnsurePerformanceManagementisdeployedconsistentlyandstandardizedwithintheorganizationandfosterdeepconversationsduringcalibrationsessionstochallengeperformancerates.
