- Experience in the design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space environments
- High knowledge on IPC standards IPC-A-610
- Preference bilingual English-Spanish 75%.

- Knowledge on problem solving techniques-Shainin-6 Sigma-PDCA-8D.
- Knowledge on SPC.
- Dealing with conflict and under pressure work.
- Mechanical drawings interpretation
