Role Responsibilities

1. Capacity Model Research & Innovation: Conduct in-depth research on various capacity models, understand the business logic of on-demand intra-city delivery, and explore and define optimal vendor profiles, rider profiles, and employment models.

2. New Model Exploration & Implementation: Lead the team in exploring innovative capacity models and drive new capacity forms from proof of concept to scaled implementation.
