Position Title: Lead, Employee Relations, LATAM

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (hybrid)

Reports To: Director, Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations Counseling. Proactively provide advice and support to business partners, employees and HR colleagues on a broad range of employee relations issues, including performance coaching, positive workplace relations, training and development and policy interpretation.

• Grievance Management. Manage the grievance process, including facilitating meetings between employees and management and providing recommendations for resolution.

• Investigations. Conduct thorough and confidential internal investigations into employee workplace conduct and policy violations, ensuring consistent documentation of findings, compliance with privacy laws and recommendation of appropriate corrective action.

• Policy Development & Interpretation. Work closely with Legal colleagues to interpret and apply company policies and labor and employment laws to manage risk,



ensure legal compliance and promote fair and consistent treatment of all employees.

• Training and Development. Develop and deliver training for managers and employees on relevant employee relations and labor relations topics.

• Performance Management Support. Partner with managers to support employee performance, provide performance coaching, develop improvement plans, address performance concerns and create environments that encourage strong performance.

• Organizational Structure Support. Work closely with HR and Legal colleagues on the employee relations aspects of organizational change initiatives, including workforce restructurings, reorganizations and acquisitions, consulting with employee representative bodies as required.

• Mexico/LATAM Employee Relations. Serve as the primary employee relations point of contact for Mexico and the broader LATAM region, coordinating cross-border matters with HR, Legal and local management and applying working knowled
