Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who develop high-level products and contribute to the growth of the organization, we are looking to add a Senior Test Engineer, located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this position will be responsible for leading test engineering activities,



driving continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing test process and equipment performance, and providing technical leadership to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and capability of test systems within a manufacturing environment.

What a typical day looks like:
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities related to test failures, yield excursions, and equipment performance issues.
- Develop, implement, and optimize test strategies, methodologies, and processes for electronic products.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Pass Yield (FPY), yield, downtime, capacity, equipment efficiency, and productivity.
- Apply statistical tools and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
