We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager for Podify, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, and you will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with and services. You will collaborate with our own production team to create exceptional podcast and social media content to help generate awareness, grow a following, and expand the community for our clients. Your duties will include:
- Managing multiple clients/projects and ensuring client satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating and providing a clear brief to our production team (design, video, audio, and copywriting) to ensure client deliverables are met and done on time
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of our client's platforms
- Overall planning and management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube)
- Liaise with clients via email,



WhatsApp or Slack on a daily basis and through occasional scheduled zoom calls
- Write content for social media platforms, newsletters, etc.
- Review assets created by our production team to ensure quality and provide clear instructions for any possible revisions
- Keep track of all client deliverables to assist with invoicing every month

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client management, or any related role
- Experience and knowledge in social media marketing
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Experience working with podcast hosting platforms and project management tools is a huge plus
- A proactive, organized, accountable, and strong work ethic is a must
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working within tight deadlines
- Ability to make strategic decisions
- Strong grasp of the English language
