This function provides legal counsel related to commercial transactions, labor and employment, compliance, corporate matters, data privacy, intellectual property, regulatory law, and litigation management, among other areas. Legal also partners with business leaders to identify risks, support strategic business initiatives, and promote a culture of integrity and compliance.

Labor & Employment

Labor & Employment provides legal advice, counsel, and services in the areas of labor and employment law across the organization. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Employee Relations professionals, Compliance, and business leaders throughout Latin America to identify legal risks, develop practical solutions, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. The role also provides broader legal support across commercial, compliance,



corporate, privacy, and other legal matters as business needs require.

Senior Legal Counsel, Employment & Labor Latin America

The Senior Legal Counsel, Employment & Labor Latin America serves as the primary legal partner for labor and employment matters across multiple jurisdictions in the region. This role provides strategic legal guidance and risk mitigation advice to Human Resources and business leaders on a broad range of employment-related matters, while also supporting commercial contracting, compliance initiatives, data privacy matters, disputes, and other corporate legal needs.
