- Take full charge of agricultural machinery sales across Mexico, formulate annual sales targets, budgets and channel strategies, track monthly performance, and submit regular market & sales reports to headquarters. 2. Develop, screen and cultivate local distributors and large farm clients nationwide; manage pricing system and inventory, conduct regular distributor visits and performance assessment to build a complete national distribution network.
- Conduct local market research, analyze farming structure, agricultural subsidies, competitors and customer demands; feed back optimization suggestions for localized product adaptation.
- Recruit, train and manage local Spanish-speaking sales & technical teams, set KPI and incentive plans to improve overall team sales capacity.

quotation and contract signing for key dealers and big farms; control credit risks and accounts receivable, coordinate logistics and customs clearance to guarantee delivery and payment collection.
- Organize agricultural fairs, field machine demonstrations and local marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness; coordinate spare parts supply and resolve after-sales complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with domestic production, technical and finance teams, synchronize market demands, order production and spare parts stocking, and report local tariff, policy and market risks to headquarters.
