Work for a company committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for production linesSupport new product launches, equipment buy-off, and process validation activitiesAnalyze and resolve process and product issues using root cause methodologiesLead and update process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Flow Diagrams)Coordinate and participate in APQP activities and cross-functional teams (CFT)Monitor process performance (efficiency, scrap, PPM) and drive improvementsConduct line balancing and continuous improvement initiativesSupport engineering change processes and process updatesValidate process conditions after changes (maintenance, new equipment, tooling)Lead corrective and preventive actions related to customer complaints and auditsEnsure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management SystemsSupport Safe Launch activities and lead analysis of findings
