Responsibilities

Responsible for third‑party connectivity across the Distribution ecosystem (e.g., OTAs, travel agencies, GDSs), including partner engagement, onboarding, and integration into IHG connectivity platforms and systems. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day connectivity work required to keep integrations operating effectively—connectivity operations, maintenance, enhancements, and coordination of incident/issue resolution with Technology and other stakeholders. The role coordinates among connectivity product managers, software developers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to define requirements, align on approach, and drive delivery. They guide in‑depth business reviews, communicate and present across distribution team members, and support cross‑functional product teams. The Manager, Integration Solutions will also activate the roadmap, ultimately managing execution of defined connectivity initiatives across the lifecycle to ensure ownership of the roadmap is clear. They are skilled and experienced in process efficiency, scalability,



onboarding throughput, and operational excellence to help demonstrate the innovative ideas idóneo for the role and must exhibit the ability to lead Product Managers and/or lead teams of Product Managers.

Your Day to Day

Provides input and planning guidance to the overall distribution strategy, incorporating an understanding of IHG objectives, partners, and system capabilities.

Applies connectivity expertise to translate distribution priorities into operational execution.

Analyzes the internal landscape to identify opportunities to improve third‑party connectivity processes (e.g., onboarding, change management, operational support) in support of the distribution strategy.
