Business Systems Analyst 1

Duties
- Design, implement and support corporate collaboration platforms.
- Measure adoption of collaboration platforms and tools and develop action plans to increase adoption.
- Analyze platform usage metrics and user feedback to inform product roadmap prioritization.
- Assist in product roadmap management by tracking milestones, feature rollouts, and project deliverables.
- Assist in preparing training and adoption materials.
- Become a subject matter expert for Sanmina collaboration platforms.
- Partner with Technology teams as required in supporting the launch of processes designed to enhance our vision of a Digital Workplace.

Requirements
- Prefer 2+ years of experience in a similar role.




- Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and suggest improvements to existing or new processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong process oriented skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work on strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team as needed
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and product roadmap concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Python, or Google API is a plus.
- University degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field of study
