The Healthy Planet analyst is a specifically confirmed need for this engagement — a specialized role focused on population health management within Epic. Even a single strong candidate in this area is a standout in the pipeline and will have immediate visibility with the end client.## Must-Haves* Epic certification or proficiency in Healthy Planet (Epic's population health management module)* Hands-on experience configuring care gap identification, patient registries, population health dashboards, or quality measures within Epic* Familiarity with value-based care models, population health strategies,
