We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a centralized recruiting operation focused primarily on entry-level and frontline positions.

This role will be responsible for helping improve recruiting speed, candidate follow-up, and overall hiring support across multiple locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, quickly learn the specific needs of each location, and follow the recruiting processes and systems established by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

The idóneo candidate is proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit primarily for entry-level and frontline positions.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through appropriate recruiting channels.
- Review and follow up with applicants quickly to help maintain candidate engagement and reduce candidate loss.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and priorities.




- Support multiple locations as they are incorporated into the centralized recruiting program.
- Quickly learn the specific recruiting needs and characteristics of each location.
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Work within the recruiting processes, workflows, and systems established by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Keep recruiting activity and candidate information organized and up to date.
- Support hiring activities across multiple open positions and locations simultaneously.
- Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, depending on the final structure of the recruiting operation.

Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Experience with candidate sourcing and applicant follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
