Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full Finance Delivery function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Master Data, Payment Process, Intercompany, Travel Expenses Management), ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and alignment with business strategy.
- Lead and develop the Delivery Managers and their teams; ensure business continuity, service levels, and a robust control environment across all chains.
- Actively contributes to the design, implementation, and execution of the Shared Services Americas strategy, driving alignment, performance, and sustained value creation across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit readiness.




- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
- Define and govern the chain KPI framework (e.g. overdue %, dispute cycle time, DSO, touchless invoice rate, on-time payment, close timeline, cost per transaction) and drive performance against target.
- Ensure proper accounting of fixed assets, intercompany, reconciliations, and depreciation.
- Own end-to-end performance of the Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report chains, including the process steps executed outside the direct reporting line.
- Partner with the Divisions, regional Finance leadership and Group functions; represent SSC Americas as a value-adding business partner, not a cost center.
