We are looking for a Marketing Manager for México who will lead and execute the local Marketing Plan in México and Colombia. This includes global campaigns and local campaigns for the local user, plan activations, event participation in the country, and engagement with the community. The focus is to drive key metrics through a full funnel approach, from acquisition to engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities




- Drive and support the strategic Marketing Plan which includes strategy, planning and execution. It also means hands‑on tasks such as creating campaigns and implementation, working in collaboration with central teams (i.e. Creative, partnerships, brand, product) to create adaptation and localizations, evaluation, implementation, and reporting.
- Coordinate and define all aspects of México’s and Colombia’s marketing campaigns, such as growth mechanics, engagement activities and brand.
- Drive brand, communications and product campaigns.
- Create campaigns through the lens of the local consumer, considering Social Media, in collaboration with Paid, SEO and Engagement aspects.
- Act as the bridge between user‑acquisition campaigns and brand marketing. Champion a brand and user‑focused narrative in all areas to drive user growth and adoption.
