Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst (AI Training)

As an IAM Analyst, you'll bring your real-world security expertise to shape how AI systems reason about identity risk, access control failures, and enterprise security design.

This is a remote, versátil contract role where your knowledge directly influences the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI.

What You'll Do

Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and privilege escalation paths
Classify permission issues and identity-related failures with structured, expert reasoning
Review zero-trust models and access design decisions for correctness and real-world applicability




Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI learn how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in enterprise environments

Who You Are

2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
Familiar with how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in practice
Able to think like both a defender and an adversary when evaluating access scenarios
Strong written communication — you can explain complex security concepts clearly
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous tasks

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud IAM platforms (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
Background in penetration testing, red teaming, or access control audits
Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
