Join us as a People Data & Analytics Regional Manager, where you will shape and accelerate the people analytics agenda across the region, helping leaders make data-driven decisions that strengthen both business performance and employee experience. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic priorities and long-term growth.

As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll work at the intersection of people strategy, analytics, and business transformation. This is an exciting opportunity in Querétaro to influence regional and global priorities, lead impactful analytics initiatives, and help embed a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Regional Analytics Strategy — Drive the regional People Data & Analytics roadmap in partnership with regional leadership teams and global analytics stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.




Deliver Strategic Workforce Insights — Translate workforce data into actionable recommendations that help leaders address organizational, talent, and business challenges.
Advance People Strategy Initiatives — Enable critical workforce initiatives, including strategic workforce planning and other key priorities within the people strategy roadmap.
Drive Advanced Analytics & Data Literacy — Lead sophisticated analytics projects while strengthening data-driven decision-making capabilities across HR and business functions.
Build Enterprise Analytics Partnerships — Collaborate with general teams, shared services, and enterprise analytics partners to enhance standardization, self-service analytics, and trusted workforce insights.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytic
