What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Governance

Define the experience communications strategy.
Establish governance standards for content, branding, compliance and data use.
Develop lifecycle communication frameworks.
Partner with CX, UX, Product, Marketing, Legal and IT.

Communications & Email Operations

Own transactional, lifecycle and system-triggered communications.
Build and optimize automation programs within CRM/ESP platforms.
Manage segmentation, personalization and trigger logic.
Ensure QA, deliverability and operational excellence.

Content & Experience Management

Align communications with content governance, SEO and web experiences.
Approve communications for quality, consistency, accessibility and compliance.
Maintain reusable templates and design standards.

Analytics & Optimization

Define KPIs and reporting.
Lead testing and optimiz
