We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to become part of our LATAM Travel team.

In this position, they will act as the main liaison for regional travel operations, making sure our employees enjoy smooth travel while remaining compliant with company policies. This is a great opportunity for a professional with a solid background in corporate travel and expense management who flourishes in a multinational, fast-moving setting.



The adecuado candidate brings deep familiarity with LATAM travel regulations, hands-on experience with modern travel booking platforms such as Concur, and outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for every LATAM regional travel need, coordinating complex travel arrangements and delivering outstanding support to travelers
Uphold company travel policies by drawing on local and regional expertise to guide and educate employees effectively
Oversee and optimize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, addressing and resolving any system-related issues that come up
Instruct employees on expense submission guidelines to boost clarity, secure compliance, and simplify the reimbursement process
Handle immigration-related inquiries and internal processes such as Topia, a
