Job Description

Overview:

Wonderful Citrus is seeking an experienced FP&A; Leader to partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional business teams in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role will work directly with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and senior business leaders to provide actionable financial insights,



identify opportunities to improve business performance, and support long-term strategic initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans.
Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and translate them into meaningful financial insights and recommendations.
Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business trends.
Develop executive-level presentations that clearly communicate financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
Lead cross-functional financial analyses related to profitability, operating expenses, capital investments (CapEx), pricing, and strategic initiatives.
