Develop, implement, and optimize RF test processes for PCBA and electronic products.
Troubleshoot RF and electronic assembly issues at component and board levels.
Analyze test data and identify root causes of failures using statistical and engineering methods.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test development and validation.
Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Process, and Design Engineering teams to improve product performance and yield.
Validate test fixtures, equipment, and automated test systems.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IPC standards, and manufacturing requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test coverage, efficiency, and product reliability.
Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
Qualitification:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in RF testing, electronics manufacturing, or test engineering.
Strong knowledge of RF measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
Experience troubleshooting PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) at component level.
Mandatory knowledge of IPC-A-610 for electronic assemblies and acceptability criteria.
Understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and electronic components.
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
