Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or engineering cost modeling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical inputs into financial insights.
Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with complex models and large datasets.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability, urgency, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
Strong English language proficiency
Preferred
Experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, plating, machining, assembly).
Working knowledge of FACTON, SAP, or similar costing / ERP tools.




Experience supporting automotive or industrial product environments.
Exposure to project management or NPI/NPD processes.
