Responsibilities
Design and implement AI Ops driven monitoring solutions that proactively detect infrastructure anomalies and improve service reliability for critical enterprise applications.
Configure harden and maintain Linux systems in production environments to ensure stable secure and high performing infrastructure operations across multiple business units.
Administer Oracle databases by performing installation configuration patching and performance tuning activities to support reliable data platforms for business critical workloads.
Develop automation scripts and workflows for routine operational tasks to reduce manual effort standardize processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Analyze infrastructure incidents identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions that reduce recurrence and improve system resilience.
Collaborate with application security and network teams to design integrated solutions that align infrastructure capabilities with business requirements and compliance expectations.
Optimize resource utilization across compute storage and database layers using AI Ops insights to improve performance while managing costs effectively.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system configurations runbooks and standard operating procedures to support consistent operations and smooth knowledge transfer.
Support capacity planning by assessing current utilization trends forecasting future demand and recommending infrastructure scaling strategies that prevent performance bottlenecks.
