About this position

The Digital Fundraising & Online Giving Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Laudato Si’ Movement’s online giving program under the direction of the Senior Development Director. This person will develop bold, creative, and compelling digital campaigns that inspire people to give and deepen their connection to LSM’s mission.



The ideal candidate combines strong fundraising instincts with digital marketing expertise, persuasive storytelling, and a willingness to test emerging technologies and unconventional ideas. They will closely monitor donor behavior and sector trends, using data and experimentation to strengthen donor acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue. This position is not designed for someone seeking simply to complete an assigned list of tasks; we are looking for a highly motivated builder who will treat the online giving program as their own, constantly looking for ways to make it more creative, effective, innovative, and successful.
