Where You'll Make a Difference
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines that integrate data from multiple enterprise platforms, including R&D;, SAP, Digital, and external sources.
Lead the transformation of complex raw data into high-quality, business-ready datasets that support analytics, reporting, AI, and data products.
Architect and maintain reliable,



high-performance data solutions that ensure data accessibility, scalability, and operational excellence.
Drive automation initiatives to improve data ingestion, processing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement data products that generate measurable business value.
Implement advanced data quality controls, monitoring frameworks, and validation processes throughout the data lifecycle.
Develop and maintain data applications and self-service solutions that improve data accessibility and user adoption.
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards across all data platforms and solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing data engineering best practices, standards, and technical roadmaps.
