Your Job

Lead and develop the manufacturing organization for the High Power Cable and Harness Cable Assembly & RF businesses. This role is accountable for safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution across all shifts, with direct ownership of production plan attainment, customer delivery performance, product quality, labor and equipment utilization, scrap / rework reduction, and continuous improvement. The role has the authority to direct daily manufacturing priorities, allocate resources according to production needs, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, approve appropriate operational requests, and engage suppliers or internal partners through established processes.

Partners closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to stabilize daily operations, resolve constraints, improve cable assembly process capability, and support business growth aligned with plant and division objectives.

What You Will Do





Convert customer demand and the production plan into executable shift-level priorities for High Power Cable and Harness Cable Assembly operations, confirming labor, equipment, tooling, materials, documentation, and engineering readiness.
Drive daily production control for output, schedule attainment, efficiency, scrap, rework, downtime, first-pass yield, and on-time delivery; escalate constraints promptly and lead disciplined recovery actions.
Lead cross-functional execution with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Shipping, Purchasing, and Customer-facing teams to safeguard material availability, process capability, capacity readiness, and customer commitments.
Strengthen cable assembly process performance through standard work, line balance, layout optimization, equipment uptime, changeover discipline, crimping / termination process control, harness routing discipline, mistake-proofing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
