Buckland is looking for a CTPAT Specialist - Mexico
What you’ll be doing
Managing, maintaining and continuous improvement of the company’s Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program. Reporting to the Director of Trade Compliance, this position ensures ongoing compliance with CBP security requirements and continuous certification readiness. This role oversees the CTPAT portal and security profile, coordinates compliance documentation and evidence,



collaborates with internal teams and external consultants, and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to support the company’s supply chain security and certification status.

You will be responsible for
Administer and maintain the Company’s CTPAT certification program.
Maintain and update the Company’s CTPAT Security Profile and all related information and evidence within the CBP CTPAT Portal.
Manage the Company’s CTPAT documentation system, ensuring records, policies, procedures, and objective evidence remain current, complete, and audit-ready.
Create process to align internal policies with Minimum Security Criteria (MSC's) for the CTPAT program
Coordinate the collection, organization, and retention
