Lead and develop the manufacturing organization for the Busbar and ADS Assembly businesses, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution across all shifts. This role is accountable for production plan attainment, customer delivery performance, quality compliance, operational efficiency, labor and equipment utilization, and continuous improvement.

The role has the authority to direct daily manufacturing priorities, allocate resources according to production needs, coordinate cross-functional recovery plans, approve appropriate operational requests, and engage suppliers or internal partners through established processes.

The position partners closely with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to stabilize daily execution, resolve constraints, and scale business performance in alignment with plant and division goals.

What You Will Do

Convert the production plan into executable shift-level priorities for Busbar and ADS Assembly operations, confirming labor, equipment, tooling, materials,



and engineering readiness to meet customer demand.
Drive daily production control for output, schedule attainment, efficiency, scrap, rework, downtime, and on-time delivery; escalate constraints promptly and lead disciplined recovery actions.
Lead cross-functional execution with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Shipping, and Purchasing to safeguard material availability, process capability, capacity readiness, and customer commitments.
Strengthen Busbar and ADS Assembly process performance by supporting standard work, line balance, layout optimization, changeover discipline, equipment uptime, mistake-proofing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring rapid response to expedites, complaints, defects, and containment needs; verify corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
