We are looking for a Finance Team Leader – Costing & Controlling to join our Finance team and lead the company's manufacturing cost control strategy, financial analysis, and business planning.
Position Summary
The Finance Team Leader – Costing & Controlling is responsible for leading the Costing & Controlling function, ensuring accurate standard costing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Costing & Controlling team.
Manage the annual Budget and Forecast processes.
Perform manufacturing cost analysis and variance analysis.
Maintain and update Standard Costs within SAP.
Analyze product profitability and manufacturing performance.
Support RFQs,



quotations, and new business opportunities.
Participate in new product launches and APQP activities.
Validate capital investment (CAPEX) proposals.
Prepare financial reports for local management and corporate headquarters.
Monitor manufacturing KPIs, including:
Material Cost
Labor Cost
Manufacturing Overhead
Inventory
Scrap
PPV (Purchase Price Variance)
Manufacturing Variances
Cost Reduction Initiatives
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Program Management, and Quality to improve financial performance.
Support internal and external audits.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in:
Accounting
Finance
Industrial Engineering
Business Administration
Related field
MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.
ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Costing and Controlling within the automotive industry.
Previous experience leading finance or controlling teams.
Experience in a Tier 1 automot
