We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Design Specialist to support the creative direction of our brand and turn our existing foundation of style and design into everyday content across every channel. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and hands-on execution, leading and producing creative work across social media, packaging, merchandise, email and SMS, and marketing graphics. The adecuado candidate is a strong creative leader who can both come up with new ideas and at the same time execute our brand’s vision across many platforms. All while maintaining a consistent brand identity across every touchpoint we build.

Key Responsibilities:
Support creative needs for the brand, building on and evolving the existing foundation of style and design into everyday content.
Execute the creative direction across social media, packaging, merchandise, email and SMS campaigns, and marketing graphics.
Maintain a consistent, cohesive brand identity across every customer touchpoint, from digital to physical.




Translate brand strategy into compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
Design and develop packaging and merchandise concepts that reflect the brand's positioning and quality standards.
Create and oversee visual assets for email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure creative work supports business goals.
Stay current on design trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape within the consumer brand, CPG, lifestyle, and DTC space.
Manage creative production timelines, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery across all channels.
Provide creative direction and feedback to internal or external contributors (designers, photographers, videographers) as needed.
Establish and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and style standards to support consistency and scalability.
