We are looking for an individual to serve as a Business Process Lead (BPL) - Comercial B2B in a position with high regional exposure and active participation in the evolution of the Food LATAM commercial journey. As part of the Food LATAM BPO team, you will act as a bridge between commercial areas and technology, data, governance, and support function teams, contributing to initiatives that drive efficiency, simplification,

Key Responsibilities

Lead process mapping, redesign, and optimization initiatives (As Is / To Be), ensuring an end-to-end perspective and alignment with business strategy.
