Role Overview
As Sr HR Advisor, you will provide trusted HR guidance across employee relations, policy application, onboarding and offboarding, and core HR administration. You will work closely with managers, employees, union representatives, and HR colleagues to ensure local processes run smoothly, compliance is maintained, and the employee experience continues to improve.
What will you do?
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for personnel matters, organizational changes, and sick leave.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
- Support annual integral HR processes and cycles in coordination with HR stakeholders.
- Communicate and liaise with union representatives as part of day-to-day HR advisory work.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure HR activities align with local labor laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Support ongoing HR initiatives and contribute to process improvements across the HR team.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree-level education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR advisory, HR
