In this role as Senior Finance Analyst – Business Financial Services, supporting
our Process Automation (PA) Strategic Business Group (SBG), you will serve as a
strategic partner and financial analyst for the division’s R&D; and NPI
department. Your primary goal will be to support driving business growth through
the seamless cost control and monitoring of the execution of the Annual
Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting and evaluating business opportunities, and
financial performance indicators reporting to the PMO and Leadership Teams. You
will be encouraged to work creatively and with expectation to apply innovation
in solving complex financial challenges, adopting high control standards.

The role will be reporting directly into the General Business Services Hub Leader
for Mexico, with matrix line to the SBG’s financial leadership, and will be
based out of our Regional Finance Center in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.





You will be part of a team that creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and
annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You
will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and
present findings to senior management.
