Position Summary

The Manager, International Business Development plays a pivotal role in advancing Energizer’s International growth strategy – with a strong (but not exclusive) focus on Auto Care.



Operating within the International Trade & Business Development (ITD) team and covering all International markets, this role is both strategic and entrepreneurial in nature.

The individual will identify and evaluate growth opportunities, commercial partnerships, and acquisition prospects. The role also covers key initiatives aimed at simplifying the Auto Care business model, including route-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will act as a project manager, linking cross-functional teams, to drive solutions. He/she will work closely with the broader ITD team as well as with key stakeholders in Regulatory, Integral Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring identified opportunities are grounded in robust insights.

The position influences across all international markets and all product categories. This role requires a self-starter attitude with strong strategic and analytical skills, and an ability to operate
