? We're Hiring: Platform Engineer (Contract, 3 months)

We're building the analytics and AI insights platform that gives country club operators a live, trustworthy view of their business. The prototype works and demos well — now we're turning it into a real product, and that starts with the engineering foundations that let a team ship reliably.
We're looking for a Platform Engineer to own our DevOps and help build a development process designed around AI agents from the ground up.
This is hands-on, build-the-foundations work. You'll set up the rails the rest of the team builds on.

? What you'll own
CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, developer tooling, and observability — working closely with our CTO, who holds the cloud organization and security foundation.
?️ What you'll build
The pipelines, environments, and tooling that let the team ship safely — plus the agent-first development processes we run on top of them.

✅ Must have
Strong DevOps / platform background — CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code,



and developer tooling you've owned end-to-end
AWS depth + Terraform (Terragrunt a plus)
GitHub Actions CI/CD, including keyless/OIDC deploy patterns
Observability chops — CloudTrail, Sentry, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar; you instrument systems, not just deploy them
Proven experience standing up a high-rigor engineering environment — test-first/BDD, code reviews, CI/CD gates, clean-code enforcement. You've built this bar, not just worked within it
Genuine interest in AI-driven development — you want to help design our workflows with agents like Claude Code in mind, not bolt them on later

➕ Nice to have
Multi-environment, multi-tenant production experience (sandbox → dev → stage → prod, tenant isolation)
Security-conscious infra practices — secrets management, least-privilege IAM, supply-chain hardening
Data privacy/compliance awareness (PII handling, GDPR-aligned practices)
Experience taking a prototype to production-rea
