We’re Hiring: Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Automotive

About the role

Are you an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a strong background in automotive systems, AUTOSAR, CAN communication, and Vector tools?
We’re looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our automotive engineering team, working on embedded software for Instrument Cluster and HUD systems while collaborating directly with customers and multicultural engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For:

5–7+ years of experience in Embedded Software or Automotive Software Engineering
Strong programming experience with C
Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR Classic
Experience with CANoe, CANoe Panels, CAPL, and Vector tools




Strong knowledge of CAN diagnostics, High-Speed CAN, and CAN FD
Experience with automotive Instrument Cluster and/or HUD systems
Experience with requirements definition, system design, verification planning, and software testing
Knowledge of software development processes and the V-Model / SDLC
Experience performing bench and vehicle testing
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues directly with customers and engineering teams
Automotive Ethernet experience is a plus
Automotive Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Advanced English communication skills
Intermediate Japanese communication skills
