Customer Experience Coordinator
At WEG Transformers México / Voltran, we are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Contract Administration team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, coordinating across different teams, and gaining hands-on exposure to the manufacturing and project management environment of power transformers.
What will you do?
You will serve as one of the main points of contact for national and international customers during their visits to our manufacturing facility, helping coordinate and support:
• Customer and plant approval visits
• Manufacturing progress inspections
• Core & coil inspections
• Laboratory testing and inspections
• Plant tours
• Follow-up of customer observations, punch lists and commitments
• Coordination with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Testing and Contract Administration teams
You will also help ensure that customer visits are well organized, that agreements and action items are properly documented,



and that customers and internal teams remain informed throughout the process.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English – C1 level (Must have)
Strong conversational and business communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential due to frequent interaction with international customers.
Knowledge of:
• Microsoft Office
• SAP
• Microsoft Project
• Power BI
