Job Description
We are seeking a Drone Data Processing Technician to bridge the gap between raw aerial data collection and final engineering deliverables. In this pivotal role, you will transform raw drone imagery, LiDAR, and SLAM data into highly accurate, client-ready survey models. You will clean datasets, extract critical physical features, and organize spatial data to empower our downstream drafting team.

ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION.
Responsibilities
Data Processing: Convert raw drone imagery and LiDAR/SLAM data into georeferenced point clouds and photogrammetric models.
Feature Extraction: Digitized site elements including concrete lines, building corners, utilities, and other physical improvements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all extracted data meets strict accuracy standards and is structured cleanly for the drafting team.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot data quality anomalies and exercise independent judgment to resolve ambiguous features in source data.
Technical Skills required;
Fast Learner: Proven ability to rapidly master complex, technical software workflows.
Meticulous Precision: Exceptional attention to detail; you understand how small errors compound downstream.
Strong Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and making sound technical judgments when data is imperfect or noisy.
Spatial Literacy: Highly skilled at interpreting 3D spatial data, point clouds, maps, and aerial imagery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in land surveying, civil engineering, or GIS fields.
Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is a plus, though this is a data-focused office role.
