The PCE will be responsible for coordinating and leading hourly production
personnel within the Final Assembly line, ensuring safe shift start-up and
shutdown, compliance with work standards, and the implementation of continuous
improvement initiatives through methodologies such as 6-Sigma and DMAIC. This
position reports directly to the TM Production and is key to ensuring the
efficiency, quality, and safety of the production process, as well as the
development of talent within the team.
