Position Summary
The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative and logistical support to the transportation operations team. This role coordinates documentation, assists with scheduling, maintains communication with drivers and customers,



and helps ensure the smooth day to day functioning of transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with dispatching, routing, and scheduling of transportation activities.
• Maintain communication with drivers, vendors, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor transportation systems and tools to track delivery status, vehicle performance, and route efficiency.
• Prepare and manage transportation documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and compliance records.
• Input and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems (TMS).
• Support the Operations Manager with special projects, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Respond to service disruptions and provide real time solutions to minimize impact.
