As Konovo continues transitioning from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our Mexico-based team. As Associate Account Manager you will support a multi-million-dollar book of business alongside an Account Manager and Business Developer, owning the day-to-day proposal engine and ensuring seamless handover to Operations. In this role, you will translate client research needs into accurate, timely proposals,



coordinate internally to scope projects effectively from the outset, and help remove friction during fieldwork by handling objections and clarifying requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Own the end-to-end proposal development process across a high-volume, multi-million-dollar book of business, ensuring pricing is competitive and aligned with profitability targets
• Independently translate client needs into clear, tailored, insight-driven proposals that align with budget requirements, timelines, and strategic goals
• Partner closely with the Account Manager + Business Developer to deliver against shared booking and margin targets by keeping proposal throughput
