ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and manage maintenance practices and procedures (preventive,
predictive, and repair).

* Monitor, react to, and report key maintenance metrics and indicators.

* Develop and manage continuous improvement projects in regards to equipment,
processes, and facility.

* Management and coordination of equipment installations (new and
refurbishment).

* Management and supervision of Maintenance/Automation team personnel.

* Coordination and communication of maintenance activites with Plant Manager
and site senior staff.

* Training and evaluation of maintenance personnel to meet current and future
needs.

* Demonstration and assurance of safe work practices by maintenance personnel




and contractors.

* Travel periodically between sites for training and assistance.

* Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, and Environmental
policies, procedures, and requirements.

* Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Engineering degree,

* Minimum of 5 years experience working in industrial maintenance or
engineering.

* Technical experience in mechanical systems, electrical systems, fluid power
(pneumatic and hydraulic), and industrial controls.
