MISSION OF THE POSITION

This role offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including project management, demand analysis, supply chain planning, and presentation development. The Analyst should be proficient in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations and visual management tools. The Analyst will balance these tasks effectively, contributing to cross-functional projects while driving insights and process improvements combining the creation of presentations, basic project management coordination and planning and forecasting activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional projects.
Maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Support project documentation and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and updates to ensure alignment among teams.
Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize project updates, demand analysis, and strategic initiatives.




Develop dashboards, graphics, and visual tools to aid in decision-making and communication.
Analyze historical sales and demand data to create accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with supply chain teams on material planning, sourcing strategies, and delivery schedules.
Monitor and follow up on supply chain performance, addressing any gaps or delays.
Support the development of planning models and tools using Excel.

Your profile

WE REQUIRE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Length of Experience
2+ years experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning or Demand Analyst positions in the automotive or construction industry.
Experience in developing KPIs for material and supplier performance and driving continuous improvements based on data analysis
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
