- Project Description:
- We are looking for an experienced Model-Based Development (MBD) Engineer to support automotive embedded software development activities. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in MATLAB/Simulink and proven experience developing, validating, and integrating model-based software solutions for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs).

- The engineer will work closely with system, software, and validation teams to develop control algorithms, generate production code, and support integration into embedded automotive platforms.
- Responsibilities:
- - Develop and maintain control algorithms using MATLAB and Simulink.
- - Create and modify system and software models based on requirements.
- - Perform model verification and validation.
- - Generate production-ready embedded C code using Embedded Coder.
- - Support integration of generated code into automotive ECU software platforms.
- - Analyze and troubleshoot software issues identified during testing and vehicle integration.
- - Collaborate with systems, software, and calibration engineers.
- - Maintain compliance with automotive development processes and quality standards.
- - Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
- Mandatory Skills Description:
- Strong experience with:
- - MATLAB Simulink
- Good knowledge of:
- - Embedded C programming
- - Automotive ECU software architecture
- - Software debugging and analysis
- - Version control systems (Git preferred)
- Experience with:
- - Model-Based Design workflows
- - MIL, SIL, and HIL testing
- - Requirements traceability
