DiDi General Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Lead for Offline Operations in Mexico City to own the end-to-end performance of DiDi’s offline acquisition and engagement across multiple countries.
You will lead the sales organization across both in-house and outsourced teams, shaping strategy, structure, tools, and playbooks to drive fast, scalable growth. You will build KPIs, establish governance, and drive weekly cadences, enabling high-impact decision making and performance improvements
