Job Description:
As a Recepcionista y Coordinador/a de Atención Integral al Paciente at our dental clinic, you will be an essential part of our team. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations and coordinating the comprehensive care of our patients, ensuring that their experience with us is flawless from arrival to the completion of their treatment. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and greeting patients upon their arrival at the clinic, directing them to the appropriate areas.
Promptly and professionally answering phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Managing patient appointment schedules and ensuring an efficient workflow in the clinic.
Coordinating hotel reservations, transportation, flights, and other logistical aspects related to patients' travel.




Registering patients and updating their information accurately in our database.
Processing payments, coordinating insurance claims, and ensuring proper billing.
Keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, mailing documents, and photocopying.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Additionally, you will contribute to the growth of our services by:
Making outbound calls to potential clients to present our dental services and coordinate their travel and treatments.
Handling inbound inquiries via email, live chat platforms, and our website, providing clear information and promoting our services.
Ensuring a seamless customer experience using multiple communication channels.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales.
