Role Description This full-time Business Development Manager role is based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area and operates in a hybrid model, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager identifies and pursues new business opportunities, nurtures relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promotes Noatum Logistics’ services to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing and delivering client proposals and presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless implementation of new accounts, monitoring performance against targets, and preparing regular activity and sales reports. The Business Development Manager is expected to stay current on logistics and supply chain trends, competitive offerings, and client needs to shape effective go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications




Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity management, and closing deals.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, with the ability to translate service capabilities into client value.
Excellent relationship-building and account management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities for market research, pricing discussions, and growth planning.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, and data tracking applications).
