This role reports to the Senior Manager of Collections in the US and requires strong judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and decisive action to resolve payment issues while maintaining documentation.
You will manage delinquent accounts, monitor aging, and coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Billing, and Finance to drive faster
