**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assists with environmental, health & safety (EHS) tours, audits, & surveys throughout GE Meter to document compliance status
- Provides internal and external EHS sampling (monitoring) and analysis to provide data needed for internal or external reporting & compliance
- Conduct accident / near miss investigations and root cause analysis and may make resolution recommendations
- Perform periodic safety Inspections such as fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, cranes and hoist
- Assist in the evaluation of equipment, task, process, workstations, office and manufacturing environment to identified EHS&S; or ergonomic issues to address through an action plan
**Requirements**:
- Associate´s Degree/Bachelor´s Degree
- Preferably health/safety engineering experience




- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the position
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management
and staff.
- ISO 14001
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Intermediate English
